Dinner worth watiting for!

Last day on the job here for David and we're going out to dinner!  YEA!  We did last night, but not so YEA!  It was a Hibachi Grill and Buffet.  If you asked a question or made a comment, the answer was always a polite "YES!"  Buffets aren't my favorite place to go, but this one was okay as buffets go.

Chrissy and I spent the day reading (she doesn't read much) and watching "Imitation Of Life" on DVD and some TV programs.  We took a few walks together and took a nap.

David got in and we went to Warehouse No. 1 on the Oachita River downtown Monroe.  The food was terrific!  I had corn and crab bisque and HUGE fried shrimp.  David had the sampler platter and the flaming bread pudding.  I don't like wet bread, but he enjoyed it!

Short trip to Bed, Bath & Beyond on the way back to pick up a couple of pillows for the couch.  The two on there are large enough to be comfortable.  Now they are!

There must be some kind of storms going on in Mississippi.  On the way back to the RV park, we were driving east and huge thunderheads were springing up.  The appear to be many miles away, but are huge.  Many of them have anvil tops to them and are growing larger.  Glad they aren't coming our way.

Back on the road tomorrow!

Catch us on the road!

Jenny :)
